Q. Can you attach parts to the car before delivery?
A. We can also provide customer service to meet various requests from our customers. Please consult with our mechanics when you make a contract for your car.
Q. If I buy a car, can I bring it to my country?
A. Yes, but each country has different import rules. Our import experts will be happy to help you, so please feel free to contact us.
Q. I am worried about contacting a store in Japan.
A. We have staff who understand English, so please feel free to contact us.
Due to the time difference, it is best to contact us by e-mail at first.
Q. Can I negotiate the price?
A. All vehicles in our inventory are sold to customers in Japan.
Because of this custom, we are usually unable to negotiate on large prices.
Q. Is it possible to have the car delivered to my home?
A. Yes, as long as you are living in Japan, it is possible to have the car delivered to your home at the time of delivery. We can deliver a car to almost all areas from Hokkaido to Okinawa. (Please inquire for additional charges and the number of days required.)
Q. I am concerned about meter rewinding and other irregularities. Can I trust the mileage?
A. In Japan, mileage is strictly checked and recorded.
Also, all of our used cars have been checked for meter rewinding, etc., and we only sell cars with reliable mileage.
